Waiting on patience

Time won't give you time, all of the time. Image source: public-domain-image.com
Ever tested your patience while waiting on a bus? Did you pass or fail with flying colors? You rushed out the house to meet the (insert time of arrival here) because you know that driver isn't waiting for your lazy butt. Yet, they expect you to understand how behind schedule they are. Hmp.

The problem is that we don't necessarily care about the bus' issues. We need to get to work, to school and to our favorite store ('tis the season for a sale!). These places aren't waiting for us, so how do we cope?

Learning patience will help ease the pain of being late. Sometimes when things are out of our control, we have to pull out of phones or -- better yet -- a book, and just roll with the delayed punches.

Got gas money? I am sure you can pay someone to pick you up and drop you off. If you're in the University Area....I'm just saying!

Play The Bus Stop Game. Chances are if you are in the city you will see the bus sometime in 2013. Might as well win some money while you're running late...especially if you lose your job due to tardiness. Ish happens...

Now if being late is a pattern, that's on you. The bus isn't running late every day.
